Somewhere between North Carolina and Oklahoma, we find Violet, a young woman who was facially disfigured as a child. She hopes her life savings will bring her a miracle halfway across the country. Reflecting on her childhood, and shaped by the reactions of the people she encounters, Violet embarks on a life-changing personal journey.

Not advertised as a musical. Overpriced.
A really good show.Top quality performances from all particular the leading lady who was awesome.Kieron Crook was great but i wanted to see more of him.A really interesting and different theatre.I felt so close to the performers-magical.
Fantastic venue hosting a superbly performed production! Great singing and marvellous musicians.
Talented cast and very moving.
A hugely pleasant surprise. Passionate, thoughtful, well staged. What small theatre is all about.
Great story
Impressive performances by all. Unique theatre setting. Music sound level was slightly too loud for comfort but perhaps this was where we were sitting. Row C
Great play and atmosphere... Downside :barstaff before the play were uninterested and appeared bored, bordering on rude which spoilt the evening somewhat.
I had not been to this theatre before and was intrigued by the layout, seats on both sides of a central stage / floor area with revolving stage. Well lit and minimal scenery. Musical was excellent with a talented cast. Fast paced and the 140minutes with no interval flow past. Would recommend it.
Ok but won't be going again.
This was a lively and entertaining play. I thought the cast were excellent, acting and singing. I would certainly recommend this production. I particularly liked the staging making us close to the "action".
Amazing production at such a small venue. So impressed with the show I've been twice and wouldn't mind a third visit
